Here at Brighton Silver, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to us along with our returns form within 6 weeks of receiving the item.
Terms and Conditions.
- This returns policy applies to items purchased online through www.brightonsilver.com only.

Items must be in new, unworn condition. In the unlikely event your item got damaged in the post please email info@brightonsilver.com with a couple of photos within 3 working days of receiving your item.
- Please note that pierced items including earrings and body jewellery are excluded from our exchange/refund policy.
- There is no need to contact us before returning your item; please use the returns section on the back of the order form we sent with the item.
- You are responsible for the method and cost of the return postage. We advise using a tracking service for added security, as we may be unable to honour an exchange or refund if the item is lost in transit. Please make sure items are well packaged, as any damage that occurred while posting will delay/void any refunds.
- Items can be returned to our Brighton Store in person however, the refund will be processed electronically and will take up to 5 working days to show on your statement.
- We are unable to refund the original costs of posting unless an item is faulty/damaged on arrival.
- Once we receive your item we will send you a refund confirmation by email. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show on your statements.
- If, in the unlikely event that we are unable to refund your item you will receive an email within 3 working days of receipt of your item explaining our decision.
- Exchanges will be processed within one week of receiving your item. If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil the exchange we will contact you by email offering a similar product or a full refund.
