OUR COMMITMENT
At Brighton Silver, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact, not just in the communities where our jewellery is crafted but also in the lives of those less fortunate. As part of this mission, we proudly support Pratham, an extraordinary charity dedicated to transforming lives through education. Since 2020, we have contributed 1% of our revenue to this cause, even during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, and thanks to our loyal customers, we’ve raised nearly £15,000 to date.

One of Pratham’s key initiatives, the Pratham Institute, aims to address a critical gap in India’s educational landscape—vocational training for young adults. With over 250 million young people in India, only a mere 5% have access to formal vocational training after completing their education. This gap leaves many without the skills necessary to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

The Pratham Institute steps in to provide underprivileged youth with the tools they need to secure employment and build sustainable livelihoods. Through its targeted vocational training programs, the Institute focuses on equipping young individuals with the skills demanded by India’s fast-growing industries. Whether in healthcare, hospitality, or technical fields, the training is designed to meet real-world labour needs, helping graduates step confidently into the workforce. Not only that, but Pratham also fosters entrepreneurship by offering mentorship and financial support, empowering young people to become job creators within their communities.
